We are a team of Clinical Psychologists offering private assessment and therapy for mental health difficulties to adults, young people and children. Psychological Therapy Scotland (PTS) offers individual therapy appointments face to face in Stirling and Perth as well as offering online appointments via Skype. We provide a number of different therapies; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. For those struggling with weight management or eating disorders, dietetic and nutritional sessions are also available online with a highly recommended Dietetic colleague.
We can provide treatments for complex difficulties, people who are experiencing multiple difficulties at once or those whose who difficulties have been unresponsive to previous therapies.
Our Stirling clinic currenlty only provides sessions for adults however, we do have a psychologist specialising in working with children starting with us very soon (September 2018). We can also recommend other psychologists in the are who work with children if we are unable to help.
Out Perth clinic offers sessions to children aged 5 and above and to adults.
PTS can also provide clinical supervision services for other psychological therapists.
